Francois Doucet is a French confectionery company who has been making exceptional pralines, jellies and chocolate treats for over 50 years. They are inspired by Provencale flavours and make their confections using nuts and fruits from Provence. The star of the show is Francois Doucet’s almond praline, which uses a recipe that is over three centuries old.

Ingredients: Milk chocolate 32% (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa paste, whole milk powder, emulsifier, soy lecithin, natural flavour of vanilla), white chocolate 26% (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, anhydrous milk fat, emulsifier, soy lecithin, natural flavour of vanilla), raisins from no EU 19% (raisins, rapeseed oil), almond paste 13% (almonds, sugar, stabilisers: sorbitol and acacia gum, essential oil of bitter almonds), Marc de champagne 6%, coating agents: acacia gum and shellac, natural flavour of Bourbon vanilla, colourings: E129* and E132. *May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
