Fig, Orange & Almond Dried Fruit Cake, 200g

This dried fruit and nut cake is fruit-rich bar to enjoy as a snack when out and about, or sliced with cured meats and cheese. The dense, dark bar is bursting with sticky figs, sweet apricots, crunchy almonds and a touch of candied orange. 

Serve slices with manchego for lunch or with yogurt for dessert.

Ingredients: Dried figs (45%), prepared dates (19%) (dates, glucose and sweetener: sorbitol), dried apricots (16%), almonds (12%), candied orange peel (8%) (orange peels, sugar, glucose and water)
